Before any HVAC service is provided, most technicians start their day at headquarters, which is where they’ll learn about the appointments they have for the day. Not only are they downloaded on the jobs they’ll be doing that day, but they’ll also gather all of the tools they’ll need for each one; some appointments will be completely quickly, while others may take longer.
No Day Is Ever the Same
HVAC isn’t just seasonal—meaning that the types of tasks HVAC techs complete on the daily don’t just change from winter to summer—everyday is different! Some days consist of several heating repair appointments and boiler replacements; others may have gas conversion jobs and ductless system installations.
